Place looks very stylish, very spacious. Could have a few more seats for parties bigger than two.At 10am, it ran out of food, so, no breakfast for the family.Baked goods were OK at best, nothing much to talk about. Coffee was good. Not a place I would visit again.
Nice coffee shop
Weird atmosphere. Coffee wasn't exceptional
In love with the mud slide.
This Fika branch is quite huge. With plenty of seating inside. The coffee is good as always. Perhaps one of the best around.
Nice coffee shop if you're after a decent cappuccino or a quick bite. I had the scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato - tasty, fresh and came with a side of potato salad (must be a Swedish thing). Very cold a/c in the morning, bring an extra top if you get cold easily (like me).
Great coffee, even better staff. The people here make this place! Don't get me wrong, the food, chocolates, and coffee are also excellent.
I love the simple and decorative Swedish style, with images of Sthokolm. The chocolates are a must. Some hot chocolate is really good to warm cold days. Great to catch up with friends and have some fika time
Great coffee but the price is a tad steep. Quick service and good croissants.
Fantastic coffee and good breakfast. The line was short compared to starbucks and the service was quick. The sizes are smaller than I'm used to but the quality made up for it. The decor inside is great, very clean and streamlined.
Coffee shop with good coffee , Internet and a bathroom will always get a 5stars from me
Good place for a quick bite and/or coffee, friendly service, clean, and plenty of seatings. The place was not too crowded during weekdays lunch time. I saw most people would order coffee and then sit down. I was there to pickup lunch, try have a decent lunch selection, with good portion. The lunch prices are not cheap, but the ingredients feels high quality.
This is one of my favorite spots to have meetings in midtown. It's very spacious. The gravlax is delicious. The chocolates are heavenly!
I really liked this place, but now it’s permanently closed.
Great place to treat clients to a cup of coffee and wraps
Nice little coffee shop. Great for a lazy afternoon
Found this shop as part of a scavenger hunt while working for The Knickerbocker Hotel on 42nd. I can't say enough about the flavors and quality of this place.Everything from presentation, ambiance, food quality and SERVICE, is simply amazing!! And if you happen to be a chocolate FUDGE lover or BROWNIE lover like me... this is the BEST I have ever had! Hands Down! But I am still not sure how to pronounce the name. lol Feekah? or Fikah?Trust me, treat your self, even if you are not a coffee lover, it is worth a visit!
Nothing to do with a good Swedish fika. Coffee is below par.. not worth the stop.
Nothing special. Just a quick spot to get coffee tea or light bite
This location of the Swedish chain Fika takes there business and customer service quite seriously. While other Fila locations have been good, the staff in this shop really go out of the way to make sure you get a perfect serving of coffee, salad or sandwich. The service to your seat, after ordering at the counter elevates the experience and makes for a respite from the busy surroundings of Times Square.
Very good coffee and buns but a cold atmosphere
Horrible coffee. Bad WiFi. Space is pretty though.
Orders made quickly. Nice and clean pace. Quite popular but plenty of room/seats. Good coffee.
Nice. But as a swede I was a bit disappointed in their coffee. The chocolate ball could also contain more butter.
They've a quit good espresso and good swedish cinnamon bun
great coffee and nice pastries. also quiet compared to other coffee places
I've been going to Fika since they first opened on 58th .. the best hot chocolate and tasty Swedish meatball sandwiches and pastries. The guys at the espresso bar were always cool and friendly and it felt like a classy neighborhood joint. As they've expanded, I expected that to disappear. But it hasn't, thanks to Chef Edwin Padilla! Before I get in the long line each morning at the Bryant Park location, he sees me and knows exactly how I like my eggs and has them ready for me by the time I've ordered and sat down. Now that's service! I'm very particular about how my eggs are done - and his are perfect. He makes them scrambled with tomatoes and ham and spinach, but not mixed up too much, just steaming and soft enough. I can tell he really makes an effort and loves what he does - that makes all the difference to me. I go there a few times a week now - perfect way to start my day. Thanks Ed!
Wonderful latte and treats, great location and mostly comfortable setting. Tables for 1 or 2 should be wider as they're much too narrow. Additional seating is available. Due to ceiling height it can be a little noisy and drafts. Great staff. Moderately good music. Amazing latte and treats.
The hand made locally sourced chocolates are wonderful! The hot chocolate was great too!
Fantastic place, love their coffee.
Spacious coffee shop for meeting up with someone since it’s not too loud. The coffee itself is nothing special.
Love it. Great latte and quiet place
I was pleasantly surprised to discover FIKA in my last business trip to NY. Sorry Starbucks, I still love you but FIKA has oat-milk and the store had the streamlined Nordic design I find so attractive.
Quite good, but very expensive for a coffee shop. A nice place to sit at.
Loved the coffee, food and service here. It is a very Swedish cafe, very clean, very streamlined. On the other end are great food choices, sweet treats and excellent coffee. It's a great place to have lunch with friends or even a casual date. Group seating can be tricky during busy hours.
A cozy place in Midtown.
I love this Fika location, so convenient, just off 6th Ave in 41st. The staff is friendly, my Latte was wonderful. The space is open and bright with ample seating. The wifi works well. The bar with fixings has simple syrup and for powdered chocolate, they use their own hot chocolate mix. Will definitely return.
Typical Swedish snack bar with authentic modern style. The Princess Cake was wonderful and coffee rich and good quality.
order salad with salmon and coffee for a light lunch. Pretty nice.
Nice hot chocolate
Nice people, great coffee. If I ask twice for my coffee for here that is a strong hint I don't want it in a paper cup and tasting like a paper cup. Pastry is often good
Fine food, good coffee. UNGODLY COLD AT ALL TIMES.
Good coffee and an great and interesting place to work
Very chic coffee house that exudes style and spacious comfort. Choice of bean roast is unique from your regular cup of joe, with hints of berry and a bolder, richer flavour. Tips are recommended, on top of its deserved higher prices. A great place to go to when you feel you dollar fifty supermarket brew isn’t giving you the jolt you need to start your day. Ps nice pastries too, tried the lemon poppy flat biscuit thing (can’t recall its name), buttery and fragrant.
Yummy snacks, lunch + teas
Decent place for coffee. Lot's of seatings.
A good inexpensive clean place for lunch
Much better coffee, sweets, and sandwiches than all the nearby Pret A Manger and Starbucks! It does get crowded during the mid afternoon so it might not be the best place to get your work done if you want to use their wifi.
A chic place, nicely designed, the latte was good , the croissant was too cold. Overpriced.
Great croissant sandwich. Good place to work.
